I am absolutely delighted to announce that I am now a IPHM qualified Aromatherapy Practitioner! 🌿✨

​This has been a true dream of mine ever since I first picked up a bottle of essential oil to study back in 2023 & I have been working hard over the last 12 months to make this dream a reality.
Essential oils, carrier oils, floral hydrosols, and natural botanicals fill me with so much joy and fascination. I love how these gentle yet powerful plant remedies can soothe common ailments, nourish the skin, uplift our mood, evoke cherished memories, enhance magical practices, and support our physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

​Moving forward, I'm excited to be offering a fully custom blending service.
Following a comprehensive consultation to assess your unique individual needs, I will be formulating bespoke aromatherapy products tailored entirely to you—from deeply restoring skincare to magical aura sprays.

​Whether you have questions about the holistic ingredients I use, want to learn more about what I offer, or are ready to book a consultation to create your own signature blend, please do get in touch.

Today, my little holistic business turns 3! 🌿✨

​Over the past year, my journey has taken a deeply grounding path as I rebranded from the celestial space of Luna-Gem Holistics to Forest Roots – Holistic Therapies & Handcrafted Apothecary.
This transition grew from my heart as I dove deeper into the world of botanicals, studying to become an Aromatherapy Practitioner and formulating bespoke natural products.
​Looking back on the last 12 months, I am so full of gratitude:
• ​My love for shamanic drumming has grown, using the drum to ground both myself and my clients following energy work.
• ​I co-facilitated a magical aromatherapy workshop—a long-time bucket list dream! (Keep an eye out for more soon.)
• ​Spending endless time outdoors, letting Mother Nature inspire every treatment and blend.
• ​Offering Reflexology at a wonderful mind, body, & soul fair and connecting with so many like-minded souls.
• ​ Spending hours in the kitchen formulating natural blends, powering through 50 case studies, and officially submitting my Aromatherapy Practitioner coursework. Big things are brewing behind the scenes for when it’s fully finalised!
• ​Having the privilege of holding space for my wonderful regular clients while welcoming new faces along the way.

​What started as a quiet dream nearly four years ago has grown into a reality I am so proud of.
​A heartfelt thank you to every single one of you who supports this space—whether you’ve booked a treatment, acted as a guinea pig for my case studies, recommended me to a friend, or left a kind comment on social media. None of it goes unnoticed, and I am eternally grateful for you all. 🙏🏼✨️

A little reminder that witchcraft practices do not need to be a big event or a grand ritual. They can be part of our daily routine. They can be found in the mundane & they can be beautifully simple.

Today I have made myself a sacred space shower gel using essential oils. I will use this as part of my morning routine.

Sandalwood: Builds a fortress of calm, anchors your root chakra, and shields against negativity.

Lavender: A subtle undertone to keep your personal energy field peaceful and quiet.

Frankincense: Amplifies the spiritual power of the Sandalwood and seals your energetic boundaries.

Ritual Practice

Root: Focus on the rich, warm, woody scent to slow your breathing and calm your nervous system.

Visualise: As you lather, imagine yourself encased in a strong, protective wooden shield that deflects unwanted psychic energy.

Affirm: Repeat firmly: "I am deeply rooted, fiercely protected, and entirely at peace."

* Please note- you do not need this particular blended shower gel to carry out this daily ritual.
Using essential oils is my personal choice to amplify my practice.
Your current shower gel will also do the trick.
Witchcraft is centred around intention & the magic of intention lays with in you! ✨️🙏🏼✨️

This evening consisted of me blending up my last 3 case study products for my Aromatherapy Practitioner's course.
I embarked on this journey 10 months ago, so its felt like a very long time coming, to get to this point.
Studying over 70 essential oils plus carrier oils & hydrosols, then completing 50 case studies, while working full time has been a challenge!!
However I have enjoyed creating every single product & hearing the feedback on how they have positively impacted people & helped them with their ailments & conditions has been so rewarding!!
Thank you so much to everyone who has willingly tested a product for me- you are all superstars!! I will be delivering these last couple of products over the next week & chasing any outstanding feedback, before I head to Glastonbury & submit my course work.
Incase you haven't guessed- I absolutely adore essential oils, aromatherapy & blending. I cannot wait to become a fully qualified Aromatherapist, I have so many exciting plans- watch this space ......💚

Super busy morning creating 5 separate case study products including;
A foot soak for arthritic feet.
An oil for a arthritic knee.
An oil to reduce inflammation, following an injury to a foot.
A cream to reduce the appearance of cellulite.
A shampoo to promote hair growth.

I'm still on the lookout for 6 more case studies including:
Painful periods.
Dry/chapped lips.
Oily skin.
Acne.
Rheumatism.
Eczema.

Right, you lovely lot, I have 10 case studies left in order to complete my Aromatherapy Practitioner's course.
I'm after 10 individuals prepared to try out the following products for a specific condition. There is only one space for each. It will be on a first come, first served basis, so be quick if you want to get involved.

-Hand cream for very dry/chapped hands.
-Lip balm for very dry/chapped lips
-Skin application for eczema.
-Bath salts for painful periods.
-Lotion for acne.
-Skin application for gout/ inflammation.
-Conditioner for dry hair.
-Face scrub for oily skin type.
-Skin application for Rheumatism.
-Pillow spray for any compromised sleep conditions.

Case study candidates will need to be prepared to complete a full consultation with me & inform me of any medical conditions, medications taken & allergies. Anything you tell me will be treated with the strictest confidence & will only be shared with my tutor.
I will also require you to give me some feedback after you have used the product.

Had a wonderful day at The Mind, Body, Spirit & Book Fair at the Blandford Corn Exchange today.
Lots of wonderful vendors, workshops & talks. Had the privilege to give Traditional Reflexology to some lovely souls & met & chatted to many more.
A big thank you to my beautiful friend Fin for facilitating such a gorgeous event to raise funds for The Dorset & Somerset Air Ambulance . I hope this is the first of many!!
The Cedar Tree Blandford Literary Festival
