Would you love to experience a Soundbath but feel you need a little extra comfort to fully relax?

Have you been putting it off because the thought of lying on the floor for an hour — or even getting down onto the floor — doesn’t feel possible or comfortable for you?

At my two monthly sessions at Gaunt’s House, the wonderful team can provide two super comfortable armchairs, with cushions available to elevate your legs if needed.

I completely understand that lying on the floor during a Soundbath isn’t comfortable for everyone. That’s why I always encourage guests to bring blankets, pillows, or anything else that helps them feel cosy and supported.

At this venue, Gaunt’s House also provides sofa cushions to lie on, creating an even more comfortable and nurturing experience.

Soundbath’s should be accessible, relaxing, and enjoyable for everybody. 🤍

You are held so beautifully by Angela during our ‘Embodied Breathwork & Soundbath’ sessions.

We begin with a carefully curated soundtrack to support a full hour of breathwork, as Angela gently guides you on a deep journey — from grounding into the body to expanded awareness and connection within yourself.

From there, you’ll be immersed in an hour of crystal bowl sound healing, building on the foundations created through the breathwork. A space to reset the nervous system, soften held tension, and bring awareness to whatever is ready to be released.

This was myself and Angela post ‘Embodied Breathwork & Soundbath’ 2 weeks ago.

Angela had done an hour of breathwork at home prior to our event, and her leg had gone dead when she stood up - toppled over and twisted it. She later found out via an xray that she had fractured it.

My lovely friend is healing well with her bionic boot, and we are looking forward to our next

This reiki-infused soundbath is an opportunity to pause, soften, and gently reset your nervous system. A space to rest deeply, reconnect with yourself, and offer your body an hour of care, compassion, and self-love.

Every soundbath is unique, allowing your mind and body to intuitively receive exactly what is needed in the moment 🤍

Yoga mat, rug, weighted blanket, pillow and eye mask all provided for your comfort. Feel free to bring extra if you wish to.
