Experiencing stress is not a sign of failure; even mentally healthy and resilient individuals encounter stress. The key difference between successful living and a stressful existence lies in the ability to regularly discharge stress upon awareness.

This can be as simple as a thought or a breath. I refer to this mini exercise as a 'wobble,' designed to help develop the habit of discharging stress. These mini exercises assist in responding to mental stress, and wobbles are completely normal when you know how to respond effectively.
