Fresh from the home of Bledlow Bees, our beautiful apples are hand picked and pressed within hours to produce this lovely natural juice. With a mix of eating and cooking apples, the flavor is wonderfully sweet with a zingy tang, perfectly refreshing on its own and even better as a mixer! Try it with cinnamon whisky for a delicious autumn cocktail.

My first two rescues successful! First was a female roe deer that had got herself badly caught in barbed wire. Nasty injury to her foot so that’s trying to be saved with laser treatment. If that doesn’t work and the foot can’t be saved then she’ll have her leg amputated. They do very well indeed with a missing leg don’t worry!

Second was a poorly duck with a damaged jaw and / or beak. He lead me on a bit of chase, flying away three times but he was very tired and I managed to catch up with him in a stream with my big old net. Hoping this is an injury and not bird flu!
