🤝 A LITTLE LOCAL COLLABORATION

We’re really pleased to be teaming up with Asgard Cornwall and Gemma Postins! 🥊💪

Gemma has recently started her own weight-lifting journey here at ProGym Bodmin, and we’re absolutely loving having her as part of the gym.

For us, ProGym has always been about creating a place where everyone feels welcome. Whether you’re experienced or completely new to training, want to chat and meet people or simply put your headphones in and get your session done — there’s no judgement and no ego. Just a great community of people working towards their own goals.

So when the opportunity came up to collaborate with another local gym that shares that same passion for getting people moving, getting stronger and feeling good, it made perfect sense. 🤝

🚨 CARDIO ROOM AT PROGYM IS NOW OPEN! 🚨

We’ve brought together some of our existing high-end cardio equipment with some exciting new additions, giving you even more ways to train at ProGym.

PROGYM WEEKLY UPDATE 💪

As you’ll all see, the new room is coming along really well and should be ready next week for us to start moving some of the kit around. 👀

The new room has automated lighting, so there’s no need to worry about switching the lights on or off. This is something we’re hoping to introduce throughout the rest of the gym in the future.

For now, the new room is off limits, but feel free to have a little peak through the doorway and see how things are coming along! 👌

A quick note regarding Rich…

Now that Rich has recovered from his back operation, he’s been popping down to the gym to catch up with friends and members, which is great to see. ❤️

He has had a few questions and messages regarding memberships and other gym queries. We’d kindly ask that any questions, issues or membership enquiries are directed to Evie or Adam via social media or the gym phone number.

Rich is purely coming down to catch up with friends and members and enjoy being back at the gym, so we don’t want him getting caught up dealing with gym queries while he’s here.

Thanks everyone for your continued support — the changes are coming together nicely and there’s plenty more to come! 💪

🚨 Exciting News at ProGym Bodmin! 🚨

We're thrilled to announce that within the next month, ProGym Bodmin will have its very own app! 📱💪

The app will be completely FREE for all members to download and will make your gym experience even better. Features will include:

✅ Video guides showing you how to use our machines correctly
✅ Important membership updates and announcements
✅ A dedicated place to organise events, blood testing days, and much more!

This is something one of our members have been working hard on, and we genuinely believe it will be a fantastic addition for all of our members. Even more exciting is the potential for the future – the possibilities are huge, and we can't wait to keep adding new features as we grow.

We're always looking for ways to improve your experience at ProGym, and we hope this is another benefit you'll love.
