Just a little update for my lovely patients 💚

At the moment, I have a 10-week waiting list for appointments. I always try my very best to be as flexible and accommodating as possible, especially for my regular patients, and I will always do my best to move appointments around where I can.

However, with my diary being so full, unfortunately it isn’t always possible to reschedule a cancelled appointment straight away. If you need to cancel or move an appointment, please be aware that you may have to wait a few extra weeks until I’m able to find another suitable space for you.

I completely understand that things happen and appointments sometimes need to be changed — there is absolutely no judgement 💚 I just want everyone to be aware of the current waiting time so there are no surprises.

And just a little side note… 😅
When I say I have a 10-week waiting list, I really do mean a 10-week waiting list 😂
I fully appreciate if you don’t ask you don’t get, but “can’t you squeeze me in sooner” just isn’t an option 🙈😂

I’m genuinely doing my absolute best to fit everyone in as fairly as possible, but I can’t create extra appointments where there simply aren’t any.

👣 Got a pebble in your shoe… but there’s nothing there? 🤔

It might not be your imagination—it could be Morton’s neuroma!

Morton’s neuroma is a thickening of the tissue around a nerve between your toes, most commonly between the 3rd and 4th toes. Despite the name, it’s not actually a tumour—it’s an irritated nerve.

🚨 Common symptoms include:
👟 Feeling like you’re standing on a pebble or a scrunched-up sock
⚡ Burning, tingling, or numbness in your toes
😖 Pain in the ball of your foot that gets worse in tight shoes or high heels
💡 The good news? Many cases can be managed without surgery!

✔️ Wear wider-fitting shoes
✔️ Avoid high heels when possible
✔️ Try cushioning or orthotic insoles
✔️ Get professional assessment and treatment early—the sooner it’s addressed, the better the outcome.

👣 Fun fact: Women are diagnosed with Morton’s neuroma much more often than men, partly because narrow or high-heeled shoes can increase pressure on the forefoot.

Don’t ignore foot pain—your feet carry you through life, and they deserve a little TLC! ❤️

☀️👣 Holiday Time! 👣☀️

Just a little note to let all my lovely foot care patients know that I am now officially on holiday! 🏖️🌴

I’ll be swapping foot files for flip-flops and enjoying a well-earned break before returning on Tuesday 16th June. 😎☀️

Hi all 👋🏻

I hope you are all enjoying the bank holiday sun shine that we have been spoilt with 🌞

I just wanted to let you know, I currently have a wait of around 8 weeks, I do not have any availability or any space for anyone who isn’t a regular patient

I am happy to take new patients on, but please be aware this is the wait time, however, I do run a cancellation list in case anything is to come up

As always, I am incredibly grateful and spoilt to see so many lovely people (and animals) on a daily basis
