Founder of The Wellness Mind and creator of The Summer Wellness Kitchen.
Gemma is passionate about supporting young people with emotional wellbeing, confidence, and resilience through creative, practical, and supportive experiences. With a background in health psychology, mindfulness, and youth wellbeing, she loves creating spaces where young people feel safe, heard, and empowered π±
Jane Page β¨
Health Coach & Nutrition Advocate
Jane trained as a Health Coach with a focus on nutrition after supporting family with food allergies and neurodivergence. With experience raising two sons, coaching youth rugby, and working in schools, sheβs passionate about helping young people build positive relationships with food in a realistic and encouraging way π₯βοΈ
Together, weβre bringing The Summer Wellness Kitchen to life, helping young people explore food, mood, confidence, and wellbeing through fun, interactive sessions in a relaxed small-group environment at The Shed π
