If you’re looking for something to do with your little one tomorrow…

I know lots of mum and baby groups take a break over the summer holidays, so I just wanted to let you know that both of these are still running tomorrow. 🤍

🩵 9.30am – Online You & Baby: Connect, Breathe & Move with Baby Massage

A gentle 30-minute session from the comfort of your own home. We’ll spend a little time connecting with our babies through massage, gentle movement and breathing, leaving you both feeling calmer and more connected. Perfect if you’re in those early weeks, nap schedules are unpredictable, or getting out feels like a bit too much.

🚶‍♀️ 10.30am – Bumps, Babies, Mums & Beyond Walk & Talk

Meeting outside Kickback Coffee in Bollington before heading for a gentle circular walk through Tinkers Clough, finishing at The Mulberry Leaf.

Whether you’re pregnant, have a newborn or older children, you’re very welcome to come along. It’s simply a chance to get some fresh air, move a little and chat with other local mums who get it.

(Baby carriers are recommended as there are steps along the route.)

Did I mention to you that I’m moving? Tomorrow is my last client day in my current space and I am super excited to be moving into Karen’s beautiful new space at 29 Palmerston St and I’ll be sharing with Homeopath Alison & Holly, Nutritional Therapist. Will be such a great blend of wellbeing for you and our new place has got a lovely energy about it 🤩💚 Plus it’s only up the road from where I am now, so simple to get to 🤗….fingers crossed it will have cooled down by Saturday otherwise it’ll be a warm one for me and husband who is helping me pack up and move 💕
