I honestly wasn't expecting to receive this email, but I've been nominated for Holistic Therapist of the Year 2026 at the Health & Wellbeing Awards! 🏆✨

Lunar Radiance is coming up to two years old, and building this little business has meant so much to me. I've continued learning, developing my treatments and, most importantly, trying to create a space where people can slow down, feel cared for and take a little time for themselves.

Today brings a powerful Solar Eclipse — a moment when light is temporarily hidden, before returning once again. ☀️🌑

Spiritually, eclipses are often seen as times of transformation, endings, new beginnings and revelation.

A reminder that sometimes we have to move through the shadows before we can see clearly what comes next. ✨

🌙 The energy of a Solar Eclipse can invite us to:

✨ Release what we've outgrown
✨ Close chapters that no longer feel aligned
✨ Trust changes that are unfolding
✨ Let go of the need to control every outcome
✨ Set intentions for the person we're becoming
✨ Make space for new opportunities, relationships and experiences

You may find yourself reflecting on areas of your life that feel ready to change — your relationships, career, purpose, boundaries or simply the way you want to feel moving forward.

Rather than forcing answers today, take a little time to listen.

Ask yourself:

🌿 What am I ready to leave behind?
🌿 Where am I being called to make a change?
🌿 What would my life look like if I stopped choosing from fear?
