To soften.

This is a time to turn inward, to realign with your soul. Create, nurture, and manifest from a place of intention, peace, and purpose.

If you can, spend some quiet time in nature beneath the moonlit sky.

Remove your shoes and stand barefoot upon the Earth for a few peaceful moments.
Release what no longer serves you.

Feel yourself held.
Rooted.
Safe.

Listen closely to what rises within you 🤍

You may wish to journal afterwards:

✨ What am I ready to stop surviving?
✨ What feels deeply true for me now?
✨ What soul seeds am I ready to plant?
✨ What would it look like to live more aligned with my soul?

Allow your thoughts to flow freely onto the page.

This moon is not asking you to become someone else.

It is gently guiding you back to yourself 🌙
