✨ Can you believe I started this ONE YEAR ago?! ✨

What began as a little idea to bring people together for Reiki & meditation has grown into such a beautiful monthly morning, and we’ve even added yoga along the way! 🧘‍♀️💜

I’m so grateful for every single person who has joined me over the past year, whether you’ve been once or come back month after month. 🥹🙏

🌿 A little reset & recharge… 🌿

I’m taking a little time out next week to rest, recharge and enjoy some much-needed holiday time with my best friend. 💜☀️

And this photo is actually us 4 years ago today! 🥹

I’ll still be answering messages and taking bookings up until Monday 14th September, and then I’ll be switching off for a few days and giving myself some proper time to reset.

🌿 Another qualification completed! 🌿

I’m really happy to share that I’ve now completed my Practitioner Diploma in Endometriosis Wellness 💜

This is an area I’ve wanted to expand my knowledge in for some time, and I’m so pleased to now be able to bring what I’ve learned into my holistic work at Reynas Reiki.

The course has helped me develop a deeper understanding of endometriosis and how complementary wellbeing approaches can be used alongside medical care to support relaxation, stress management and overall wellbeing.

My aim is to gradually start creating treatments and wellbeing sessions specifically with endometriosis and women’s wellness in mind, bringing together some of the therapies and practices I already offer, such as Reiki, meditation, gentle yoga and holistic treatments. 🌿✨

This is another little step towards where I want to take Reynas Reiki in the future, and I’m really excited to see where it leads.

💜 I can’t believe it’s been a whole year! 💜

This September marks ONE YEAR since I started my monthly Reiki & Meditation mornings 🥹✨

What started as an idea to create a little space where people could switch off, relax, receive Reiki and have some time for themselves has turned into something I genuinely look forward to every month.

Over the past year we’ve meditated, laughed, had emotional moments, released things we’ve been holding onto, pulled plenty of oracle cards and shared some really lovely conversations afterwards. 💜

We've even added Yoga to our mornings along the way! 🧘‍♀️

So on Saturday 26th September, we're going to celebrate our first anniversary together. 🎉
