⚠️ CLIENT AWARENESS POST ⚠️
Lymphatic drainage massage and wood therapy should NOT be painful.
You should never be left bruised, in severe pain, or have tools aggressively used over bones. The lymphatic system sits just under the skin and responds best to gentle, controlled movements — not force.
🚫 Areas like ribs, hip bones, spine, collarbones, and other bony areas should be treated with care.
🚫 Excessive pressure does NOT mean better results.
🚫 Bruising is not a sign of “toxins leaving the body.”
I’ve had clients come to me from other therapists who have worked far too deeply into lymph node areas, causing pain during the treatment and lasting soreness for days afterwards. This is NOT okay and should not be considered normal.
A professional therapist will work WITH your body, not against it.
Safe lymphatic treatments should help you feel:
✨ lighter
✨ less bloated
✨ relaxed
✨ supported in recovery and drainage
Please do your research before booking treatments and make sure your therapist is properly trained in anatomy and lymphatic health
