DAY 11 – CHECK IN WITH YOURSELF 🌿

Not every day is about pushing harder.
Some days are about listening.

Ask yourself:
👉 How do I feel today?
👉 What do I need more of?
👉 What would support me right now?

Rest, slow movement, extra sleep — it all counts.

This challenge is about building habits that respect your body, not fight it.

Both still count.

👉 Simpler food? Counts.

Today is about giving your body what it needs to adapt, grow and feel good 💜

Recovery isn’t “doing nothing” — it’s part of getting stronger.

✔️ Gentle movement
✔️ Stretching or mobility

✔️ Deep breaths

Even 10 minutes counts.
Show up for recovery like you do for workouts 💪

No banned foods.
