On World Nutrition Day, we're reflecting on something we're incredibly proud of - the inaugural Ramsay/Elysium Chef of the Year Competition 2026.
This competition was inspired by far more than great cooking. Every chef was challenged to create dishes that were nutritious, affordable, sustainable, and suitable for the people in our care. Taste and presentation mattered but more so did understanding the real impact that food has on health, wellbeing, and recovery.
