Feeling the heat? ☀️

Pop in to the Pharmacy to cool down if you are passing by!

And for staying cool in the heat here are a few tips..

Stay Out of the Sun: Avoid direct sunlight during the peak hours of 11 am and 3 pm.

Stay Hydrated: Drink plenty of cool fluids, carry water when traveling, and avoid excess alcohol and caffeine.

Keep Your Home Cool: Close blinds and curtains in sun-facing rooms during the day, and open windows at night when it cools down.

Wear Proper Protection: Wear light-coloured, loose-fitting cotton clothing, a wide-brimmed hat, wraparound sunglasses, and apply SPF 30+ sunscreen generously.

Protect Your Medicines: Store temperature-sensitive medications (like those kept in a cold-chain) below 25°C, away from direct sunlight and warm window sills.
