Pearls of Wisdom -The Heart, it is far more than 'Love characteristics'

The emotional aspect of the Heart is well known to therapists, we use many phrases to engage with people, 'heart felt thanks' , 'I heartily agree' etc.

Letโ€™s get to the 'heart of it' and shine a different perspective on this amazing, hardworking organ.

There has always been discussion on the location of the physical heart reflex. Using the Chi Medics Anatomical Reflection Theory and approach of working has been shown to be very effective when assisting a person who may be living with Heart and Cardiovascular issues.

The image is a section that has been taken from the Chi Medics Systems of the Body through the feet, showing the upper front of the body only, (the sole view).

There is more knowledge that can be taken into consideration to give therapists valuable options and clues for cross referencing, using Classical Chinese Medicine. The TCM clock is well known but the information is rarely taken into consideration, when we search for imbalances

We can take note of how a person smells or even the odour from the feet. This is why Chi Medics Practitioners use all of their senses when consulting with a client. It is one of the reasons why we do not touch or wipe the feet before the treatment session, as it changes the landscape before valuable information can be gleaned.

CCM educates us that Heart is the Yin Organ and Small Intestines is its Yang partner, do you know why they are linked? Did you know that there's another pair of Yin and Yang Organs that also comes under Heart?
Do you know where to access the Organ Chi Points via the feet? This is covered in the Chi Medics Level 1 course

We could spend hours introducing oodles of great knowledge to you, but for now we will share this free to view video.

โญIt covers our location of the physical reflexes of the Heart through the feet and also we are sharing one of the Heart Energy Points.โญ

Sharing freely with you to cover the following:
Locating and Balancing the Heart (Clinical Reflexology) and the Chi Medics Organ Chi Point

The Chi Medics approach to locating the Physical reflexes and the Heart Organ Chi Point.
We thought that it might be interesting for you to see our explanation of WHY Eunice Ingham may have been drawn to working heart in zones 3 and 4. Its fascinating when you have the knowledge to correlate.

( Eunice Ingham herself found that the Heart Reflex was between Zones 3 and 4 on the left foot, (between 3rd and 4th toes), which is why Dwight Byers Foot Chart has such a huge Heart Reflex, zones 1 to 3 plus.)

Keep safe in the Summer heat, enjoy the video and feel free to share your thoughts. ๐Ÿ™Œ

RAC is grateful everyday for all the presenters who have shared their knowledge with us over the years. This morning I was looking back and feeling the fullness of how much time, energy, and love that goes into each webinar. Also, recognizing that every one of our presenters continues to offer valuable work. Last year, we had Chi Medics share three webinars with us. We continue to watch what they're doing and creating (especially since so many of the students were jazzed to continue post-series). Moss and Sharon are offering two training courses: the Chi Medics Toe Balance and the 6 Phases Energy Balance. If you are interested in knowing more visit: https://www.chi-medics-training.com

Thank you Moss Arnold and Sharon Windle for the webinars too that you shared with us (https://www.reflexologyassociationofcalifornia.com/chimedics-webinars) and to all that you do and give to the world of reflexology!

And a huge thank you to all of our presenters. We will continue to let everyone here know about continuing education and learning opportunities with RAC and around the world!

In love!

โœจ Working With the Whole System

The body doesnโ€™t work in isolated parts.

What shows up in one area often reflects something happening elsewhere.

When treatment focuses only on the local point, change can be short-lived.

When you work with the wider system โ€” through Organ Chi, pathways, and flow โ€” responses tend to settle more fully.

This is where Chi Reflexology moves beyond technique.
