A beautiful new rook piercing added to this ear, fitted with gold jewellery to match the rest of the client’s style. Rook piercings sit in the inner cartilage fold of the ear and create a really striking but elegant look.

You might notice the jewellery is slightly larger than what people often expect — this is intentional. We always use longer jewellery initially to allow room for swelling, which is an important part of helping cartilage piercings heal properly and comfortably. Once the piercing has settled and healed, the jewellery can be downsized for a more fitted look.

Proper jewellery sizing is a key part of safe piercing and good healing.
