Sports Day fun for residents and families 🥇🥈🥉
Our wellbeing team created games and competitions for all to enjoy, quoites, skittles, tennis and bean bag throws with certificates for our winners and refreshments and laughter for all.

Great fun at our summer parties, mad hatter and cowboy themes encouraged us all to dress up and enjoy the entertainment. Making the most of our gardens during these sunny weeks. 😎🎩👒🫖🍰

Brabourne Care Centre was recently asked to host a roundtable discussion on social care workforce challenges, during the National Care Home Open Week.
It was a productive discussion, joined by professionals across the sector, focussed on workforce challenges and how to reframe social care as a professional, aspirational and highly skilled pathway.
Our home offered a wonderful environment for the conversation to flow and we were delighted to offer examples of how we have worked in partnership with our NHS colleagues to share learnings across teams.
The buffet and hospitality offered by our teams ensured all our guests could relax and enjoy the afternoon.

A fabulous New Years eve celebrated with a special menu and songs from musicals and movies by Le'arna Castle. We all enjoyed this memorable visit and bringing in the new year together.

Christmas festivities are in full swing here at Brabourne.😄🙌🎅🧑‍🎄🦌🎄
Our lovely residents visited a neighbouring school to enjoy a Christmas Carol rehearsal. Thank you Norton Knatchbull School for this lovely invitation.
Everyone thoroughly enjoyed visiting Pantomime Aladdin, as well as our Christmas Disco, and regular singer/entertainer Glynis.
Thank you to all our entertainers and wellbeing teams for creating wonderful memories.

We recently supported Wear it Pink Day for breast cancer awareness and the whole team were involved in creating decorations and food to match the theme! 🩷🩷🩷
