I have been very fortunate to have been taught by some of the best Tai Chi, Martial Arts, Shiatsu and Energy teachers living today. This has helped me to write several internationally selling books and become the British Tai Chi champion. It is now my task to spread the knowledge through coaching, treatments and meditation sessions.

I've been busy putting together the next round of Ki-Ways events and I'm really looking forward to sharing them.

There are opportunities to explore Tai Chi, sacred drumming, meditation, seasonal energy work and Nine Star Ki over the next few months. Some are suitable for complete beginners and others offer a chance to go a little deeper.

Join me for an afternoon exploring the rich world of traditional Yang Style Tai Chi Chuan — a practice that blends movement, balance, awareness, energy work, meditation, and practical training into one fascinating art.
