When you win a treatment as a fb prize with the lovely Carrie-Anne from The Cosy Cabin Bourne it truly made my day! Having some me time for a facial and eyelash tint (saves on mascara running in this heat!!) and to learn all about some new facial tools too!
I can highly recommend Carrie-Anne for a relaxing pamper session 🥰

What a tasty dinner I’ve just made from scratch delivered from the Slimming World Kitchen!
Quick chicken marinara - less than 25 minutes to make and quicker to eat!!! lol
This is an example of the smashing dishes you can expect to be eating when food optimising and will bring you weight loss.

When we try to lose weight, we need the help and support of likeminded others. Food optimising works for everyone and no matter how you are losing weight, please be aware that you will be supported in one of my weight loss groups even if taking weight loss medication.
Change needs to come if we want to see different results - changes in behaviour around food and drink, changes in patterns and old ways, changes in food choices ….. we will help you with that so that when you are slim you stay there … for life ###
