Problems and behaviours are often symptoms of the bigger issue, which is that the limbic system in our brain has kicked into survival mode (fight or flight) 🧠

Solution Focused Hypnotherapy aims to calm this area of our brain down, which can in turn reduce the other problems. We can then start thinking with our prefrontal cortex, which is more positive and rational, and will help us to feel better ✅
