I’m not going to lie… this one made me feel VERY proud. 🥹

Receiving lovely reviews from my clients always means the world to me, but having another massage therapist trust me with her own body — especially when she doesn’t normally allow therapists to use deeper pressure because of her scoliosis — felt like a huge compliment.

She came to me after spending so much time looking after everyone else that she’d forgotten to prioritise herself.

And she left saying she felt ready to treat her own clients again, “fully in the zone and not in pain.”

THIS is why I love what I do. 💚

Honestly? That’s absolutely fine. 🥰

You don’t need to know which muscles are causing the problem, whether you need deep tissue, whether hot stones would help or exactly what pressure you need.

That’s my job.

When you come to HAZE, we’ll have a chat about how you’re feeling, where you’re holding tension, what you want from your treatment and what you’re comfortable with.

Your massage doesn’t have to follow an identical routine every time either.

Some days your shoulders might need more attention.
Some days your lower back is screaming at you.
And sometimes you just want to completely switch off. 😴

I’ll tailor your treatment around you and what your body needs that day.

So please don’t worry about knowing all the answers before you book.

I can finally share my finalist certificates from The Beauty & Skincare Awards UK 2026… and somehow HAZE Beauty has made the finals in THREE categories! 😭🥰

🏆 Home Salon of the Year
🏆 Massage Therapist of the Year
🏆 Wellness Therapist of the Year

I genuinely can’t decide which one I’m most proud of because they all mean something different to me.

HAZE started as my little home salon and I’ve put so much into making it somewhere that feels professional, welcoming and completely different from the typical salon experience.

Massage has become such a huge part of what I do, and I’ve invested so much time into learning different techniques and specialist treatments so I can properly tailor what I offer to the woman on my treatment bed.

And the Wellness Therapist category means a lot too, because HAZE has become about so much more than beauty treatments. I really want women to have somewhere they can come, switch off, feel looked after and actually make some time for themselves. 💚

So yes… I’m feeling pretty bloody proud of these three! 😂🥹

I won’t do the full emotional Oscars speech just yet because I haven’t actually won anything 🤣🤣 but thank you SO much to everyone who books with me, recommends me, shares my posts, leaves me lovely reviews and supports my little business.
