Lately, I’ve realised how much I need these quiet mornings.

Getting up at the crack of dawn, walking the dogs while everything is still peaceful, then coming home to workout before the day properly starts, it clears my head more than I can explain.

When you run a business, look after everyone else, juggle life, stress and responsibilities, it’s so easy to stay stuck in survival mode but these little moments? They help me reset.

Not every form of healing has to be big or dramatic. Sometimes it’s fresh air, movement, sunshine and silence before the world wakes up ☀️🐾
