Healthy ageing isn’t just about how long you live — it’s about how well you move.
Three simple movements can predict future strength, independence, and even longevity:

• Chair Rise
• Floor Rise
• Single-Leg Balance

If you can do these well, you’re training the systems that matter most for staying capable as you age.

Follow me for practical tips to build strength, balance, mobility, and long-term resilience.

Your body changes in your 40s — but that doesn’t mean your best years are behind you.

Muscle loss, hormonal shifts, slower recovery, and changing health needs are real… but so is your ability to adapt.

The goal now isn’t to train harder.
It’s to train smarter.

Strength training, recovery, nutrition, sleep, and proactive healthcare become the foundation for feeling strong, capable, and healthy long term.

Your 40s can be one of the strongest decades of your life with the right strategy.

Save this for later & share it with a woman who needs to hear it. 💪

Meet Sue
She’s an inspiration to us all, she attends each session with a sunny disposition.
Until recently Sue will admit that she hated exercise because she couldn’t stand feeling sweaty, but yesterday she gave up an invitation to coffee and cake because she didn’t want to miss our gym session.
Oh, and if she hasn’t told you already today is her birthday 🎂… happy birthday Sue.
