We are launching in📍Poole!

Our Fit for Life classes launched in Bournemouth in September 2020… and now 5 years later we are launching our first classes in Poole.
We are proud to be able to team up with to provide fitness for all abilities within our ‘Fit for Life’ classes.
Sessions will be charged initially on a per session basis of £7 per session.
The sessions aim to help you improve your;

1. Strength
2. Mobility
3. Agility
4. Balance
5. Coordination
6. Cardiovascular fitness
7. And most importantly your confidence in every day activities that life throws your way.
Come on down and make new friends whilst paving the way to happy and healthy future
