Well well well, today's first day of healthy eating went amazingly until this evening ! Porridge and raisins for breakfast, bacon and Brie open sandwich for lunch, spinach and pesto pasta for dinner . . . Followed closely by a full size crunchie Bar and two mini mars bars 😭. I NEED to get this stuff out of my house! Plus I need to eat healthily if I'm going to start a course of wraps so I can get the best results ! Driving myself crazy, it's the first time in 3 years I've put weight on . . It does NOT feel good. Curse you unhealthy, addictive food !! 😆. Just about to do some squats as punishment lol

I'm going to pin this post to the top . . It's occurred to me I spend loads of time telling you about the fab products but not about me ☺ my name is Steph. . I'm 34 and a mum of 1 little girl. I started as a distributor for it works after using the ultimate body applicator . . You see I'd got all the way up to 16.5 stone at the end of my pregnancy. .
