I was only originally staying for a few months but I enjoyed it so much, made many friends who understood what I was going through as well as helped & supported me throughout. So I can share my knowledge & help lots of people lose weight, feel fabulous & spread the Slimming World Love. Lots of the Southbourne Slimming World group will be taking part in the 5K whilst we remember our loved ones lost to Cancer

Today I joined a group as I am still a member.
A member who has been through alot of emotional turmoil the past few years & as an emotional eater I have struggled.
And whilst I am a consultant & I know what to do it doesn't make me perfect.
I too need support & tge best place to get this is in a real life group. So off I went.
Day one has been a challenge I am not going to lie but I'm already looking forward to tomorrow as I have my plans in place & am learning how to cope with my new life.
If you aren't perfect but you want to do something to change your life. Don't wait for the right moment, just walk in the door. We will scoop you up & support you all the way.
