Every cell in your body relies on tiny energy factories called mitochondria to produce ATP—the fuel that powers every heartbeat, breath, movement, thought, repair process, and healing response.

I still remember the first time I tried an Infra Red Sauna… and honestly, I wasn’t using it for “luxury” or relaxation.

I crawled in after a year or so spent in bed , I wasn’t able to go by myself, so my very good friend used to come in with me …I was so exhausted. Inflamed. Achy. My nervous system felt completely overloaded and my body just wasn’t coping well with stress anymore. Starting on very low temperatures for short time to help my body heal… and over the time it did!!

What I noticed after using Infra Red Sauna regularly was not just sweating…( which took some time as I didn’t sweat) but how my whole body started to feel calmer, lighter and less “stuck.”

For me personally, it helped support:
