Why do I recommend a minimum of three healing sessions? 🧐

Because I believe we are more than just the physical body - and healing can unfold in layers. 📖

🌟 The first session begins with the physical body. We work with the fascia and the places where the body may be holding tension, stress and emotional patterns. This creates space for the body to begin releasing and settling.

🌟 The second session allows us to move deeper into the energetic and emotional layers, working with the aura and emotional body and noticing what may be ready to shift or rebalance. This is where the Flower Essences are very useful as they illuminate the emotional and mental issues.

🌟 The third session gives us an opportunity to explore the mental and deeper energetic layers - supporting greater awareness, alignment and connection with your higher self.

Every person is different, and every healing journey unfolds in its own way! ✨

Sometimes one session brings a beautiful shift.

But when we allow ourselves time and space to work through the different layers, the experience can become much deeper and longer lasting. 😌

Many people first seek healing because of physical discomfort, tension or pain. But healing can create space for much more - a calmer mind, emotional release, a sense of wellbeing, and sometimes beautiful colours, sensations or deeper experiences. 😌

🌈 A unique intuitive channeled Colour Ribbon Reading.

The flower essence cards & remedies gives insight into the themes and patterns that need to be worked with. 🌸

During the colour ribbon reading, you’ll gently hold a selection of coloured ribbons with your eyes closed, allowing your intuition to choose the one that feels right for you. 😌

I then hold your chosen ribbon, tune into its energy, and allow intuitive guidance to unfold through images, feelings, words and inner knowing. Together we’ll explore the messages that arise and how they relate to your life, your wellbeing and your soul’s journey. 🤩

The session concludes with a healing treatment to help integrate everything you’ve received. You’ll also take home a piece of your chosen ribbon as a gentle reminder of the healing and insight from your session, allowing its colour and intention to continue supporting you in the days and weeks ahead. 🥰

As we reach the middle of the year, it’s easy to keep moving from one day to the next without noticing how much we’ve changed.

Yet, if we pause for a moment, we often realise that life has quietly been teaching us all along. 😌

Perhaps you’ve discovered strengths you didn’t know you had.

Perhaps you’ve faced challenges that have changed your perspective.

Perhaps you’ve outgrown old patterns, relationships or beliefs that no longer reflect who you are becoming.

Healing isn’t always about making dramatic changes. Sometimes it’s about gently acknowledging where you are today and giving yourself permission to move forward with greater awareness and compassion. 🥰

It’s a question I’m often asked, and for many years I found it difficult to answer in just a few words! 🤭

Yes, I’m a Bowen therapist. 💫

Yes, I work with Flower Essences, colour, numerology, intuitive guidance, healing and psychic mediumship. 🤲🏻

But none of those truly describe what I do…

They’re simply the different ways I LISTEN! 👂🏻

Every person who comes to see me has their own story, experiences and needs. Some arrive with physical pain, others are feeling emotionally overwhelmed, searching for clarity, navigating change, or simply sensing that they’ve lost touch with themselves.

There isn’t one approach that suits everyone.
