Sometimes we come looking for relief in the physical body… an ache, tension, pain, exhaustion… and yes, that may be part of the healing!

But healing doesn’t always arrive in the way we expect.

It can happen emotionally, energetically, spiritually, through deep rest, an insight, a memory, a feeling of being held, or even a connection we didn’t realise we needed. 🧘🏻‍♀️
