Meet our gorgeous man of the year Brendan from our first session , our members voted for him because he is an absolute legend, he absolutely loves food optimising and has gone from walking with a stick to now competing in the 10k for the race for life something he never thought he could ever achieve.
Brendan has lost an incredible 4 1/2st after joining us through LiveWell Dorset .
