I finally managed to get some footage of the boys. You know what it can be like. Getting your face out there is so important but as practitioners that wasn’t part of the job role!
All jokes aside, we love what we do and want to make sure our patients get the best care we can give 🙌

Meet Alasdair, our new Sports Massage Therapist!

We are so excited to welcome him to the EVOLV HEALTH team. He has a degree in sports science, is a qualified personal trainer and sports massage therapist and brings over a decade of experience both on and off the football pitch. His passion for sport has taken him to Dubai Sweden and Gibraltar where he had the opportunity to learn from experienced coaches and trainers whilst developing his knowledge of performance, recovery and rehabilitation. What really stood out to us though wasn’t his experience it was his passion for helping people, his approachable personality and his commitment to making every patient feel comfortable and supported. He’s also just as high energy as we are!

To celebrate him joining the EVOLV HEALTH team we are offering 50% off sports massage appointments during his first few weeks in August.

Our chiropractor Caroline delivered a talk to the FBN yesterday morning. A seriously great group of people 🎉

A huge thank you to Caroline from Evolv Health Hub for delivering such an insightful presentation at our weekly meeting today.

Caroline gave a brilliant explanation of how everyday stress can lead to aches and pains in our bodies, and shared some really practical tips on how taking regular breaks throughout the day can help relieve tension and improve overall wellbeing.

A great reminder for all of us to pause, reset, and look after ourselves, even during the busiest days.

Which path did you choose? There are obviously more than 2 paths, this was just a fun post to show the contrast between two different approaches. Some things do get better by themselves 🤩 but when they don’t the you know you have a problem!
Chiropractors are used to helping people who have these issues, go get it checked out 🙂

Go on be honest, what is your score? Have you had anything like these before?
🤕 headaches are super common and usually one of the easier issues we treat in clinic!
Shoulder and neck issues are common too and when you know the cause you can really get some good results!
Low backs are our bread and butter, sacroiliac joint dysfunction is extremely common!
You don’t need to live with it 🙂
