For the next few weeks, I won’t be in the shop on Wednesdays, but I’m still very much here! ✨

I have availability on Fridays & Saturdays for readings, Reiki and spiritual healing.

And don’t forget, if getting into the shop doesn’t work for you, distance and email readings are a little more flexible and can often be fitted in outside of my usual shop hours too. 💌

After the last prize draw, I had a few people say they’d missed it or wished they’d entered… so I thought, why not do another one? 🥰

⛔ Charter Fair - Road and Parking Bay Closures ⛔

The Brackley Charter Fair returns to the town centre this September, with temporary road closures and parking restrictions in place to allow the fair to set up and operate safely.

📅 Date: Tuesday 8 September to Sunday 13 September 2026
🕙 Time: From 10pm on Tuesday 8 September until Sunday 13 September

The usual parking restrictions will include:
• Market Place car park
• Market Place slip road, from the Magdalen College School gates to the car park exit
• Town Hall slip road, through to the car park exit
• High Street parking bays, from The Crown Hotel to the pedestrian crossing

Please ensure all vehicles are removed from the affected roads and parking bays before 10pm on Tuesday 8 September.

⚠️ Vehicles left in the closure areas and causing an obstruction may be removed.

Please plan ahead and make alternative parking arrangements where necessary.

Normal road and parking arrangements will resume on Sunday 13 September.

🤍 A little gentle reminder from me…

As a small independent business, every booking really does matter to me.

I completely understand that plans change, things crop up and sometimes appointments need to be moved or cancelled. I will always try to be as flexible and understanding as I can — all I ask in return is a little communication.

If you’ve messaged about an appointment and I’ve replied, but you’ve since changed your mind, that is absolutely fine. Please just let me know rather than leaving the conversation unanswered. That appointment could potentially have been offered to somebody else.

The same goes for last-minute cancellations and no-shows. When an appointment is missed, it isn’t always possible for me to fill that space at short notice, which means I lose that income.

A Minute’s Peace may be my little cosy space, but it is also my livelihood. Like everyone else, I have overheads and bills to pay, and as an independent trader there isn’t a big company behind me to absorb the cost of missed appointments.

I never want anyone to feel uncomfortable if they need to cancel or rearrange — just talk to me. Life happens, and I will always do my best to work with you. 🤍

Thank you so much to everyone who respects my time, keeps me updated and continues to support my little business. It genuinely means more than you know.
