Small group classes focused on maintaining and improving the function of the core and pelvic floor whilst calming the nervous system. This class uses the transformational Hypopressives breathwork technique.

Suitable for any woman who wants to:
*Maintain or Improve their core & pelvic floor function.
*Ease related symptoms (prolapse, leaking, urgency, heaviness or diastasis)
*Improve posture and overall breathing function.
*Calm the nervous system using breathwork.
Hypopressives uses posture, breath and apnoea (breath hold) to reduce pressure, lift organs and retrain reflexes.

Such an amazing course, thank you so much I have already started to incorporate some of the balance challenges into my Women's Wellness Yoga classes. I now feel more confident supporting those women in my classes who have osetopinia and benefiting all with new ways to ensure sufficient muscle and bone stimulation.
