Since joining in November 2025, Amy (amymaher222 on Instagram) has lost an incredible 4st (25.4kg). Beyond the weight loss, she's gained confidence, improved her mental wellbeing, and built a healthier relationship with food too – which she’s been able to pass on to her little one.

Really proud of these ladies.

Not only are they all doing fantastic on their Slimming World journeys but on Saturday they all put on their trainers, proudly wore there slimming world race for life T-shirts and took part in the Windsor Race for life challenge.

To make it even more extra special they raised nearly £2000 for the Cancer research charity.

You are amazing ladies well done.❤️

If you want to join our amazing group pop along to the Braybrooke Hall on a Saturday at either 08:30 or 10:30 and who knows maybe next year you will be joining us on a Race for life event having lost weight and feeling fitter and ready to take on any challenge.

Since January we’ve had 10 members hit there target with losses between 1 stone and 6 1/2 stone .
