🏆💜 SLIMMING WORLD ICONS 2026 WINNERS! 💜🏆

First of all… a HUGE apology for the delay in announcing our winners! 😂🙈

I had every intention of getting this posted sooner, but it turns out that giving birth kind of took over my to-do list! 👶🏼😂💙

So, without any more waiting around, it’s finally time to announce our Slimming World Icons 2026 winners! 🥁🥁🥁

🏆 5:30pm group winners: Tracey Stubbing & Paul McTigue 💜

A massive congratulations to you both! 🥰👏 And thank you to everyone who took part in the nominations and helped us celebrate the amazing people in our groups. 💜

Our groups are about so much more than the number on the scales. It’s about the support, encouragement, friendships and the people who make our groups such special places to be. 🥹💜

Thank you for being part of our Slimming World family — and thank you for bearing with your consultant while she’s been a little busy welcoming a new member to the family! 😂👶🏼💙

Congratulations again to our winners! 🏆💜

💙 WELCOME TO THE SLIMMING WORLD FAMILY, TOBY! 💙

Well… after being in group on Tuesday night, little man clearly decided that was enough waiting around! 😂👶🏼

I’m so excited to introduce you all to Toby Anthony Bensusan 🥰💙

Born at 2:56am, weighing a gorgeous 7lb 14oz — and he certainly didn’t hang around once he decided it was time! 😂

We’re both doing really well and I’m completely smitten. 🥹💙

It’s been so lovely seeing all the messages and support already, and I’m so grateful to have such a lovely group of members behind me. 🥰
And of course, Toby has already made his Slimming World debut… he was literally at group just hours before he arrived! 😂💙

I’m taking a little bit of time to enjoy these precious newborn cuddles now, but I’ll see you all very soon! 👶🏼🥰💜

Put your hands together for a very special lady 👏👑❤️.

Tracey was voted Woman of the Year in August by my Wibsey Methodist Church Group members 🤩. Tracey has been at Target previously but life got in the way and things changed and some of what she had lost was gained back. Tracey is still on her journey currently but is so enthusiastic and has a great mindset each week, she plans her meals, offers suggestions in group and is so helpful with new members offering advice, she never gives up and doesn't let her fellow members give up either!
We couldn't be prouder of her ❤️.

Feeling inspired by Tracey's story? Come along to my group at the Wibsey Methodist Church every Tuesday at 5:30pm and 7:00pm and discover what you could achieve 🤗.

💜 REAL LIFE SLIMMING WORLD COOKING! 💜

I’ve been getting back into my Slimming World recipe books this week and trying some of the recipes I’d forgotten about… and I have to say, mine definitely don’t look like the pictures in the book! 😂🙈

But you know what? They still tasted delicious! 😍

🍝 Barbecue beef bolognese
🍗 Jerk chicken legs with rice and peas

They might not be magazine-perfect, but they’re family-friendly, filling, Food Optimised meals that we can all enjoy. 💜

And I think sometimes we put too much pressure on ourselves to make everything look perfect. It doesn't matter if your meal doesn't look exactly like the picture — what matters is that you made it, enjoyed it and it fits into your plan. 🥰

This is one of the things we're talking about in my groups at the moment too — getting inspiration from our recipe books, trying something different and finding meals that work for real life.

If you’ve been thinking about joining Slimming World, you don't need to have everything figured out before you come along. That's what the group is there for! 💜

📍 Wibsey Methodist Church
🕠 Tuesdays at 5:30pm & 7pm

Come along, get some inspiration, share ideas and let's make Food Optimising work for your life. 🥰

And remember — if you're eligible for the Bradford Slimming World on Referral scheme, you could potentially get up to 12 weeks FREE too! 💜
