This will sound familiar to many...
You have a client who has done the work. Real work. They have insight, understanding, genuine breakthroughs in the room. And then life continues, and nothing holds.
Months later, or a year later, they are back, with you or someone else.
This is not a failure of the client. And it is not a failure of you as a practitioner. It is a structural gap in the way our field has been built.
I call it the integration gap, and for neurodivergent clients it is wider and harder to cross than most of us were trained to recognise.
In this video I talk about why it happens, what is missing, and what I have been building to address it. It is also an introduction to my upcoming book, When Insight Isn't Enough, which I wrote because a client asked me a question I could not answer. And that question did not leave me.
If you work with neurodivergent clients, or you are neurodivergent yourself and have been going around the same loop wondering why, this one is for you.
