My name is Caroline and I am the Owner and Instructor at Fitness2Glo. All of our classes are designed to cater for all levels of fitness. You are more than welcome to come along and have fun whilst getting fitter and meeting new friends. I am also fully trained in nutrition and able to offer you a weekly weigh in and one to one nutritional advice if that is something you would like. For more infor

I have just heard the sad news that our original “clubby hubby”, who some of you may remember from our Bingley Clubbercise class, has passed away with MND. In memory of his Dad and to raise funds for MND, Harry is running the London Marathon.

Sorry team but I have made the decision to cancel tonight’s class. Having taught a gentler aerobics class this morning and nearly drowning in our own sweat, I just think the hall at Trinity All Saints will finish us off tonight!! Thank you to those who have booked.
