🎯💙 12-HOUR DARTS MARATHON FOR PROSTATE CANCER UK! 💙🎯

NEXT SATURDAY 24TH OCTOBER at The Junction!

⏰ WE’RE OPENING EARLY AT 11AM so we can complete a full 12 hours of darts, keeping the boards going right through until 11pm!

We’ve got 2 dartboards and need your help to keep the darts flying! 🎯

💙 BOOK YOUR SLOT:

🎯 30 minutes – £10 per person

🎯 1 hour – £20 per person

💙 Just to clarify, the entry money is a charity donation, NOT a charge to use the dartboards! Every penny goes directly towards Prostate Cancer UK.

To give everyone a chance, advance bookings are initially limited to 1 hour per person. Longer slots may be available once we’ve got the day covered!

All abilities welcome! It’s about having fun and raising money for a fantastic cause! 💙

🌻Happy Wednesday beautiful friends.

🙏I’m feeling so very grateful this morning for the wonderful way that Reiki helps my lovely clients.

🙏Grateful for finding Reiki, not only to support me but others in a very gentle but powerful way.

💆🏼‍♂️As my clients know I contact you the day after your first session to make sure you are doing OK. Also to boost my ego a little, I won’t lie sometimes I need the reassurance!

🌻My lovely Monday client contacted me twice (see below) I am thrilled that Reiki was able to support her in so many ways.

🌻I never underestimate how difficult it is for a client to reach out to me. I have a passion to support anyone who is struggling in anyway.

💆🏽‍♀️As a Reiki practitioner I have the privilege of supporting the wellbeing of my clients on all levels, mind, body and spirit.

💆🏼‍♂️Reiki is a simple and safe holistic healing technique to naturally heal, relieve pain, reduce stress, anxiety and provide extraordinary levels of relaxation.

🧡I’m supporting a client at the moment who is grieving, on top of living with a chronic condition. She arrived overwhelmed and tearful. At the of the session, as I removed the eye mask, I saw a cheeky grin on her face 😊.

❤️I just love REIKI and the way that the healing energy works. Like a big loving hug 🤗

Happy Sunday lovely souls.

I had the best evening last night at Wick's & Spritz the perfect way to celebrate World Mental Health Day!

☺️I absolutely love crafting, it’s my go to for mindfulness and calm.

👯‍♂️Crafting in a group is even better . It combines the physiological calm of making things with the deep emotional healing of human connection.

Knocker pot making and raising money for Breast Cancer UK, just the best combination 🏺🍒🎀.

Gorgeous Aperol Spritz from Toni’s tipples too 🧡🍑🍹

Thankful for Richard (Mr Wicks and Spritz) for bringing small local businesses together to create a wonderful community spirit.
