🍂 Autumn brings a time for reflection ,a time for winding down from the busy summer months and a time for recharging going within assessing how how our year has gone so far.
The Summer activities do seem to have been extended a little, thanks to the still warm temperatures but we still feel a deep relaxation approaching.

Contemplate without judgement for yourself for you are only human there will be tasks left undone , ambitions left unstarted but remember to “winter” yourself , nurture and nourish …for next year is just around the corner .

You can start your year anew 🍂

3.5 yrs ago I became the owner of Dragon frequency tubes. A powerful sound tool of mine along with a set of hand drums my partner had bought me and told me to “Get on with it”😊
I said to him “this may not take off” .
I could not have been more wrong .
Things have progressed so so much further since these days …

A lifetime of spiritual learning ,practice and unfolding… only 3.5yrs of making it public.
While I have learned and practiced Usui Reiki since 2008, it was only for friends and family…

My path unfolds further with new learnings.
Every day is a school day- no matter how much Esoteric and Occult knowledge I have , there’s ALWAYS more 📖 🖊️
