She’d been told what to eat but never really understood how much of what and why. Now that she understands this it’s a massive game changer for her.

As requested, here’s how to make the cookies mentioned in my last video …

These gorgeous cookies are from my latest favourite cook book ā€˜No Nonsense Nutrition’ by Dominique Ludwig.. they’re super simple and super delicious!

275g 100% crunchy peanut butter
80-100g maple syrup (I used40g)
1tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of sea salt
50g dark chocolate chips (I used 85% chocolate and whizzed it up into bits as I couldn’t find dark chocolate chips in the supermarket)

Mix all the ingredients together, add the chocolate chips last. You can also use a blender, I chose to use a mixing bowl as not everyone has a blender to hand. And actually it was super easy to mix.

Divide into about 12 portions, roll them into balls and flatten.

Oven on 180 fan, for only 7-8 minutes. Just as they start to colour. They will still be soft but crisp up as they cool. Don’t overcook them!

For the purposes of this video I did take a bite out of the chocolate digestive and actually didn’t like it much!! 🤭 I’ve not had them for a long time, far too sugary for me now. Much prefer the peanut butter ones! 😁

Another great session getting ready for Deadly Dozen next month.

60 reps total of each exercise and then a lovely surprise sprint finisher!

10 sprints of 30 seconds with a 30 second interval. I actually enjoyed doing that, I’ve not tried intervals on the treadmill before but I can see how it’s great for getting your cardio and speed up.
