🍁🎃 A lovely day out! 🎃🍁

We enjoyed a lovely trip to the garden centre, taking a stroll around and admiring all the beautiful Autumn displays. 🍂

And of course, no trip would be complete without a stop at the café for a delicious cream tea! ☕️🍰

We also couldn’t resist having a little peek at the Christmas decorations… they’re already making an appearance! 🫣🎄

We finished the afternoon enjoying the sunshine in the garden with a game of dominoes together. 🁫🌞

A wonderful day filled with smiles, treats and lots of togetherness! ❤️

We didn’t have Andy Vocals with us this week, but that certainly didn’t stop us having a good old singalong! 🎶

We brought out the karaoke machine, grabbed our tambourines and got ready to sing our hearts out! 🎤🎶

And of course, Charlie couldn’t resist joining in with singing and playing the drums… 🥁😂

A fabulous time was had by all, with plenty of singing, laughter and a little bit of drumming fun! ❤️

Today marks an exciting new chapter for Larchwood Care Home as we are officially now part of Care Concern Group (CCG)
We said a fond goodbye to HC-One and would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone that supported us along the way.
Today we proudly say hello and welcome to Care Concern Group 🙌
We are excited about the future and look forward to working alongside the CCG team, continuing to provide the very best care, support and experiences for our residents, their families and our wider community.
Heres to new beginnings, new opportunities and an exciting future together 🩶🤍💛

💧 Aqua Art – using just water to make the lovely pictures magically appear! A simple activity that created lots of smiles. 🎨✨

🧠 Brain Game – Words in Words – a great afternoon of thinking and wordplay, with a helping hand from our lovely Charlie! 🔤😊

🪒 Pamper Session for the Gentlemen – a proper wet shave or a fresh haircut, followed by music, refreshments and plenty of good company. A lovely time spent together! 🎶☕️

🐾 Another fabulous visit from our Pomeranians & Lenny the Golden Retriever Lots of cuddles, smiles and furry friends bringing plenty of joy to our residents. 🐶💕

Another busy month filled with fun, laughter, companionship and wonderful memories! 🌟

Residents and visitors had a wonderful time enjoying a Danny La Rue Tribute Show! 🎤🌟

There was plenty of singing, laughter and lots of smiles as we were entertained throughout the afternoon. ❤️

🧁☀️ A Lovely Afternoon of Baking! ☀️🧁

Our residents had a lovely afternoon baking some delicious mini cakes! Everyone took turns, getting involved and helping each other along the way. 💕👩‍🍳👨‍🍳

With relaxing music playing in the background, we took the opportunity to sit out in the courtyard and enjoy the warm sunshine and a few peaceful moments together while our cakes were baking. 🌸🎶☀️

And of course, the best part was enjoying the tasty homemade cakes afterwards! 😋🧁💗

☀️🍔 Summer BBQ Fun! 🍗🌭

On Saturday, we enjoyed a fantastic Summer BBQ! 🎉 The residents, staff and families all came together for a wonderful afternoon filled with delicious food, plenty of refreshments, laughter and great company. ❤️

We then enjoyed an afternoon of fabulous live entertainment from the wonderful Joanna Lee, who had everyone singing along and enjoying themselves! 🎶💃🕺

A lovely day of food, family, fun and plenty of smiles! ☀️🥰
