🍂 SEPTEMBER 🍂
As the wheel turns and we begin to feel that first coolness in the air, the evenings drawing in and the landscape starting its slow shift towards autumn, we land in September.
One of my favourite months of the year.
There’s something about September that feels like an exhale. We’re not quite ready to disappear into the darker half of the year, but the expansive energy of summer is beginning to soften. A moment to gather ourselves, integrate all that summer has held, and begin that gentle turn inwards.
And there are some gorgeous ways to gather together this month…
🌾 LAST DAYS OF SUMMER RETREAT
11th–13th September | West Lexham
My annual women’s retreat and, incredibly, there is ONE final space remaining in a beautiful Woodland Cabin with its own ensuite.
We begin next Friday, so if you’ve been watching from the sidelines, wondering whether to come, perhaps this is your little sign. Three days of movement, rest, ritual, delicious food, nature, connection and space to simply be.
🍂 SACRED CYCLES: MABON
Friday 18th September | 7:30–9:30pm
The Wild Yoga Garden, Burnham Deepdale
Our next gathering around the Celtic Wheel of the Year brings us to Mabon and the Autumn Equinox, that beautiful moment of balance between light and dark.
We’ll gather in ritual to honour the changing season, celebrate what has ripened and come to fruition, and begin consciously turning towards the quieter months ahead.
👣 SARGA BODYWORK HAS ARRIVED IN THE CABIN
After my recent training, I’ve now added Sarga Myofascial Barefoot Bodywork to my treatments in the cabin in Brancaster.
Using my feet, bodyweight and the support of silks, this is a deliciously deep, slow and expansive way of working with the fascia and body. If you’ve been curious to experience it, appointments are now available to book.
September feels like a month for lingering at the threshold.
Not rushing summer out of the door, nor hurrying autumn in, but allowing ourselves to notice the shift and move with it.
Come and join me somewhere along the way 🍂🌾🤎
All events + bodywork can be found via the link in my bio xx
