Join Sarah - one of the Nourish team and our resident sound practitioner - for a relaxing seated sound bath in the tranquil setting of Nourish.

A deeply restful experience, you’ll be immersed in the soothing sounds of singing bowls and other instruments, designed to promote greater wellbeing and relaxation.

No experience is needed, simply come along, get comfortable and enjoy the space to unwind.

Plus, attendees will receive 10% off purchases in the shop on the evening.
