Ruhani was born in 2018, inspired by an unexpected journey through Vietnam where the ancient art of sound healing revealed itself to us. Drawn by its transformative power, we followed the calling that found us there. The name Ruhani, meaning “soulful,” reflects the essence of this path—a journey of healing, resonance, and connection to the spirit.

New Moon tomorrow:
When you share you really draw attention and gain clarity. Therefore, I invite you to explore.
1. What is 1 thing (habit, pattern, behaviour), you are ready to release in order for you to step into the best version of yourself?
2. What do you truly want to feel, experience, manifest in this next lunar cycle?
3. What small goals do you need to create movement towards this?
4. What support do you need to get there?

A client said to me recently that it feels like we’re constantly battling intense energies at the moment… and honestly, I feel that too.

It’s not that these energies or planetary shifts haven’t always been there — it’s that more of us are waking up and becoming aware of them. As we tune into our true senses, we start noticing the subtle shifts within our own energy, as well as the collective consciousness… which right now feels deeply rooted in fear and survival.

I felt it strongly last night — restless sleep and waking up in a survival state.

So today, the focus isn’t on pushing harder or doing more. It’s about grounding where possible. Regulating the nervous system. Slowing things down rather than forcing high-energy movement.

If you’re feeling it too, you’re not alone 🤍

How are you feeling today?

Happy Equinox! The day of perfect balance of light and dark. A day of acceptance of where you are light and shadow.
To become present in the moment letting of the stories of the past and the worries of the future.
Today’s a good day, coupled with the new moon yesterday to start thinking about goals that you would like to achieve this year now is the time to start planting the seeds.
Time to shake off that winter stagnant energy.
