2 Double beds and a large cot /single.

Can sleep 6 MAX as double sofa is a strong futon design.

Hot tub/Jacuzzi.

No same s*x group ( Hens or Stags ) or pets site does not allow it.

Direct access to Brean beach.

Parking for 1 car only.

Must bring own towels bedding supplied.
Saturday - Saturday only no part week lets.

Cleaner comes Saturday morning 10.00am so must be vacated by then.
Letting starts 12.00pm mid-day for keys not before..

BBQ ( charcoal ) and wood for burner kept in shed alongside cabin.

Contact point is the bungalow.

£600 per week + £100 returnable damage retainer refunded same afternoon. ( If you don`t agree with this don`t hire. )

It is on letting sites for more i`d rather let it to people i know cheaper who i know.

Please remember this cabin is the bottom of my garden 100 yds away from bungalow so no LOUD noise tolerated after 10pm.

Due to hospital appointments and going down to Brean most weekends my 3 bed bungalows up for rent.Family/couples only. Min 5 yr contract fixed rent includes gardener & window cleaners.
