Payments/Appointments 🙂❗️

Hi everyone,

Just a quick reminder that when you book an appointment with someone in the shop, whether it be for nails, brows or tattoos you are agreeing to their cancellation policy. These do vary across each individual business.

We try & accommodate rescheduling where possible however on the day cancellations for nails, brows/LVL’s will be charged at full price of that appointment (unless there is an emergency/valid reason)

Over the past month alone, Nails by ames has had too many people not paying for their appointments due to cancelling on the day (EVEN at their appointment time), or just not turning up - which is just totally unfair as this now sits at more than £150 worth of appointments.

We are all very appreciative of everyone who supports us but this is our main source of income. We, like you, also have bills to pay.

So please be aware of our cancellation policies when making your appointments & if you need to reschedule please do so in plenty of time.

In terms of payments, please ensure all appointments are paid for BEFORE you leave the shop or bring cash. There is an ATM not far from us! 👌

❎ If you haven’t had your brows done in months (or ever)
❎ You have acne, texture, hyperpigmentation, or anything to do with your skin
❎ If you need to rant the whole appointment
❎ You don’t know what you want or ask 100 Q’s
❎ Your lashes are short or your brows are uneven
❎ You don’t like to talk much

Things I DO care about:

✅ Giving you a welcoming experience
✅ Making you feel comfortable
✅ Listening to my clients
✅ Having the knowledge to answer all questions where I can
✅ Giving you real expectations

New or old, I want everyone who visits me at The Haylo Lounge to feel like when they come in, they leave feeling refreshed, confident and less stressed!
