Next week, I have some appointments available! I'm opening up Saturday the 12th for weekend appointments, perfect for those who struggle mid-week. Feel free to message me if you'd like to book a sound bath, sound therapy, massage, or KCR.

It's interesting how challenging it can be to allow ourselves a day of rest, even when we're feeling fatigued and not entirely ourselves. I am feeling the needing to rest for various reasons, yet still being influenced by the urge to be productive.

It truly is a necessity; my body and brain are clearly indicating a need to pause. I've decided to embrace a day of rest, and I'm going to set aside any thoughts of productivity for now. Perhaps a full morning of rest will lead to a different feeling this afternoon. How hard can it be to do absolutely nothing 😂

Amazing how wired we are just to keep going till we actually just crash.

I'm always telling others to listen to their bodies, so I really should take my own advice 😂
