Not long to go now!
We’re really looking forward to our next Ebb & Flow event, Unmasking: Women’s Stories of Neurodiversity, on Monday 14th September at The Guildhall in Brecon.
The evening will be hosted by our very own Donna Elliott and Marianne Jervis, who’ll be joined by three brilliant women, all with different experiences of neurodivergence, for what we hope will be a really honest, open and interesting conversation.
There are no formal presentations and nobody has to stand up and tell their story. This will be an informal panel-style conversation, where we’ll sit together and chat about diagnosis and self-discovery, masking, perfectionism, the mental load, burnout, self-acceptance and what it can mean to finally understand yourself a little better.
And we’d really like you, our audience, to be part of the conversation too. You can ask questions, share your own experiences if you feel comfortable, or simply come along and listen.
Whether you’re neurodivergent, wondering if you might be, have someone neurodivergent in your life, or are simply curious and want to understand more, you are very welcome.
