Confession time… 🤫

I actually like it when people fall asleep during a sound bath.

It tells me they’ve stopped trying, stopped doing and finally allowed themselves to rest.

So if you’re worried about nodding off, don’t be!

(Although if the snoring starts, you might get a gentle tickle on the foot 😂)

Slow down and unwind with a Farm Sound Bath at Wellgate Community Farm with Gemma WS Yoga and Sound 🐑🌱

Surrounded by gentle animal sounds and open sky, you’ll be guided through a calming sound experience designed to support deep relaxation and wellbeing.

Float away feeling less stressed, less anxious and less overwhelmed.

6pm - 6:30pm - Crafts
6.30 - 6:55pm - Spend some time in our forest area listening to the birds
7pm - 8pm - Sound bath with Gemma

Limited spaces avaliable so booking early is recommended. Link in bio to book

Please wear comfortable clothing and bring something to lie on, our ground can be quite bumpy and hard in the summer so you might also want to bring cushions - whatever makes you confortable so you can enjoy your experience.

There is no parking at the farm for our evening events, limited parking is avaliable on the road and we are served well by local buses.

The evening before the Summer Solstice… a chance to slow down, soften, and take a little time for yourself.

Gentle outdoor Yoga
Breathwork
Deeply relaxing sound bath (you can choose to be poolside or float).

From there, the evening is yours, enjoy the pool, whirlpool bath and sauna, have a drink, and just be… all while the sun sets around you.

A space to switch off, reset, and set a few quiet intentions as we move into a new season ✨
