The pork is gently cured, then allowed to rest and mature, giving our bacon its integrity. Great pork and great cure are the essential ingredients to our Beautiful British Bacon. We cure, smoke and slice this all ourselves and take enormous pride in our work and service. The opportunity my grandparents gave to us by their sheer hard work and dedication is not lost on my children today as we strive

to better ourselves and spread the word that this bacon is truly superb. We supply a number of the finest hotels in London with our beautiful British bacon, home cured ham and hand linked sausages: they are all really rather lovely.
