Not the venue, not the details — it's the numbers.

Most people price their event based on the hours it takes to plan and deliver.
But that’s not how we price transformation in our everyday.

When you price your coaching programs or 1:1 services,
Do you charge based on your time?
No, it's based on your expertise, your delivery, and the results people walk away with?

Let’s talk about the daily habits that keep your business grounded!

These are the habits I come back to when I want to feel focused, empowered, and in control — even on the busiest days:

1. Set your intention for the day
Write down what you want to focus on and how you want to feel. Energy flows where attention goes!

2. Practice gratitude
List 3 things you’re grateful for. Start your day with good vibes only.

3. Plan your priorities
Use the “Top 3 Tasks” method. No more overwhelming to-do lists — just laser focus.

4. Create space for mindfulness
Even 5 minutes of deep breathing or meditation can shift your whole mood.

5. Review your goals
What are you working toward? Keep those short-term goals front of mind.

6. Visualise your success
Really feel it. Imagine the new clients, the wins, the ease. See it, believe it.

7. Use affirmations
Say it with your chest: I am capable. I am calm. I’ve got this.

8. Move your body
Get out in the daylight. Walk, stretch, gym, dance in your kitchen — just move.

9. Take proper breaks
You’re not a machine. Work in short, focused bursts. My sweet spot? 45-minute timers.

10. Stay hydrated
Drink that water. You’re 70% magic, 30% caffeine — keep the magic flowing.

11. Time block your diary
Be realistic. Block in everything — school runs, gym classes, dog walks, car MOTs. The more honest your schedule is, the more you’ll actually win your day.
