Slimming World ensures I don’t have to miss out on a Sunday roast😍 or anything thing I fancy , it’s one of my favourite meals on plan and the whole family tucks in without having to cook separately so a win win , if you’d like to lose weight enjoying hearty meals you and the family can enjoy then come and join us , we meet every Saturday in Brackla Community Centre 8am or 9.30am we are a warm and friendly group and I can’t wait to meet you

How fantastic is this ? 😍

‘I’ve gone from just existing to really living 🙌!’ Raise the roof for Fiona, who has been named Slimming World’s Greatest Loser 2026 👑! She’s lost a jaw-dropping 20st 8.5lbs (130.9kg) 😱 after years of putting her life on hold because of her weight 💔.

At 35st (222.3kg), Fiona believed weight loss surgery was her only hope, so she joined her local Slimming World group with a plan to lose the 3st (19kg) needed to qualify. As the weight came off, she realised she could keep going without the need for surgery and her world began to open up 🤩.

From avoiding leaving the house to loving being active, exploring new places and saying ‘yes’ to every adventure 🥹, Fiona has truly transformed her life.

The good thing about becoming a Slimming World member is you will never be alone in your journey , whether it be support from myself , or from the other wonderful members in group you’ll always be made to feel welcome from the moment you step through the door , we’ve got some free membership offers on at the moment so come along and join us in Brackla community centre on a Saturday morning at 8am or 9.30am look forward to seeing there Rhian 😊

It’s Saturday tomorrow and that means I get to see new and existing members at my Slimming World group at 8am or 9.30am , we meet in Brackla Community centre , can you believe it’s 19 weeks until the start of summer and hopefully the start of sunny days ☀️ holidays and feel good get togethers with family and friends , so if you’d like to join me and lose some weight for the summer and beyond then come join us for a warm welcome , you’ll get plenty of motivation, 52 weeks of the year support and a whole lot fun and laughter, I shall be there waiting to meet you 😊
